Digital Services Manager
PeoplesChoice Credit Union, one of Maine’s leading providers of financial services and one of the Best Places to Work in Maine for 14 consecutive years, is seeking a Digital Services Manager to join our talented, dedicated team, helping to fulfill our mission of People First.
This position will be responsible for the oversight, administration, and support of digital solutions utilized throughout the credit union, allowing us to deliver world-class products and services to our members: strong communication, organization, technical, and prioritization skills are essential. This entails administering and overseeing our digital banking platform, including coordinating release management and advance testing. By developing in-depth expertise on the deployment, maintenance, and continual enhancement of digital services, the Digital Services Manager ensures that staff, management, and leadership are able to properly leverage technology and achieve optimal usage of solutions and systems. The ability to train, coach, and mentor internal colleagues will be key in this role. The Digital Services Manager also builds strong relationships and works closely with vendors to ensure systems are configured and utilized properly, and advocating for product enhancements whenever relevant.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience with MeridianLink, Symitar, Alkami, the Synergy archival system, DocuSign, and PowerOn;
- At least two years’ in the credit union or banking environment, as well as experience in a Business Analyst-type role leading initiatives from specifications through deployment and support.
