Marketing Director

What You’ll Do:
- Create & Execute Campaigns – Manage digital ads, social media, email marketing, and even targeted TV spots to grow our brand and membership.
- Tell Our Story – Develop compelling content that connects with members and the community across multiple platforms.
- Engage & Elevate – Support community outreach initiatives and work closely with our Social Responsibility Committee.
- Analyze & Optimize – Use data to measure effectiveness, refine strategies, and keep our marketing fresh and impactful.
- Bring the Brand to Life – Oversee website updates, design promotional materials, and ensure a consistent, engaging brand presence.

- Hybrid Remote Work – This position is hybrid remote. We require the first 90 days to be in the office to ensure a smooth onboarding process. After that, a minimum of one day per week in person is required, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the time based on scheduling needs.
The pay range for this position will be $75,000-85,000 depending on experience.
