PeoplesChoice members earn 1 point per every $1.00 spent on everyday transactions. Plus, you’ll have the ability to earn even more points through promotions and participating retailers through the uChoose Rewards site at uchooserewards.com.

All Platinum VISA holders who have an active uChoose Rewards account can redeem their points for a variety of items, including cash back, PayPal or Amazon purchases, gift cards, merchandise through BestBuy.com, Apple products, travel, and so much more! If a member chooses to select cash back for redemption, they will have the opportunity to have it applied as a credit to their account or deposited into a checking account. A debit card that is connected to a PeoplesChoice checking account must be used for this option. Additionally, uChoose Members can redeem their points at point-of-sale with the Pay with Points program.

Points can be viewed either within the Card Management section of your online or mobile banking account or through your uChoose Rewards dashboard under “My Rewards.” There you can view all of the points you’ve recently earned, how many are available for redemption, and your redemption history. If you have more than one card on the account, you will be able to click on the “Account” tab to see the same details for all cards on or linked to the account. Points can also be viewed on your monthly PeoplesChoice VISA Credit Card statement.

PeoplesChoice utilizes single sign-on from the online and mobile banking platforms. Once you have clicked through to the uChoose Rewards site from either platform, accepting the program Terms & Conditions, you will then start seeing your available balance on the Rewards widget, visible on the online and mobile banking platforms. Otherwise, if you have established a login directly through uChoose Rewards, you will login directly through the uChoose Rewards website to see your most current balance.

It is also recommended that you log in to your account to see the most accurate point balance as the Rewards box on your credit card statement might contain inaccurate totals.

Typically, points earned in one month are vested and available for redemption the first of the next calendar month. There are instances where it can take up to 60 days after a transaction date or travel completion date for your points to be credited to your account. To redeem your points, you must reach 100 points before redeeming.

Yes. All cards associated with an account will automatically earn points together.

If you have multiple accounts with PeoplesChoice Credit Union you can link them together from the My Account page of the uChoose Rewards site. You will be required to go through multi-factor authentication to link accounts.

Some redemption items can be returned, and some cannot. To understand the various redemption processes, please review the respective storefront’s Redemption Terms & Conditions and processes to follow if returns are supported.

Just as you’d do with purchases made with a card, please consult the particular merchant’s site for more information.

For Amazon and PayPal partnerships, you must have your PeoplesChoice VISA Credit Card loaded in the platform’s wallet, ideally as your default card. When selected during checkout, you can determine how many points to spend. If you don’t pay for your entire purchase with points, you will use your card for any remaining balance.

For the fuel partners, simply insert your uChoose Rewards enrolled card at the pump point-of-sale and if you are eligible, an offer will be displayed for you to select “Yes” or “No.” If you select “Yes” the per gallon price will rollback accordingly and your savings will be displayed on the receipt. Full-service and in-store purchases of fuel are also eligible.

If your card is lost or stolen and a replacement is issued, points will be accessible by the new card, if it is on the same account. Once you receive your new card, you will not need to re-register on the uChoose Rewards website. Simply log in as you do today, and you will see the new card and current points balance.

If you are in need of a new card and new account, PeoplesChoice will manually move your points to your new account within 30 days of closure of your original card.

You have up to 30 days after account closure to request the points to be redeemed into cash back deposited in another account, or converted to a statement credit applied to another account.

To research any questionable redemptions, you can call the uChoose Rewards Contact Center at 1-800-337-2077 or contact PeoplesChoice Credit Union to conduct an investigation; if necessary, we will close your card and issue a new one to avoid further fraudulent activity.
