Mobile Banking is Easy, Safe, and Secure

PeoplesChoice Credit Union’s online banking will give you instant connectivity to your accounts anytime, anywhere using the browser on your mobile device. Our mobile service allows you to access account details, history and check account balances. In addition, you will be able to perform immediate internal transfers.

With our online banking, you can access any of your accounts available!

Once you access the app, you’ll see a listing of all of your online accounts and their available balance, from which you can choose to view account information. Simply click on the account you would like to access to view more information.

Transferring money to and from another institution is easy with PeoplesChoice Online Banking!

Here are the steps to add an external account for transfers once you are logged into Online banking:

1. Navigate to the Transfers tab.

2. Select the Add Account button. On desktop, this button will be under More
Actions. On the mobile app, this button will be to the right of the transfer tile.

3. For instant account verification, select the top option to add an account.

4. Search for your external financial account provider and enter your credentials to add the account.

5. Once successful, you will be presented with a list of sub-accounts available to link. Select the accounts you would like to add and indicate if you would like to aggregate the selected accounts for real-time balances.

You are now ready to transfer money to and from your external account!

External accounts can be identified by the icon next to the account.

Immediate internal transfers can be made using the mobile service. The transfers page will list all approved online transfer accounts.

PeoplesChoice Credit Union does not charge for mobile service. However, depending on the rate plan with your mobile service provider, you may incur charges when accessing the internet. Please verify before accessing the web from your mobile device.

All standard internet banking security features are applied at login, including dual authentication.

Our Digital Banking browser support is as follows:

• Google Chrome: Latest two versions
• Firefox: Latest two versions
• Internet Explorer: v11*
• Microsoft Edge: Latest two versions
• Safari: Last two major versions

*Limited Support: Some functionality may not work as expected. End users with IE 11 as their browser will still be able to access essential functionality of Online Banking.

PeoplesChoice Credit Union’s Digital Banking supports Windows and Apple OS X computing platforms as well as Android and IOS mobile platforms.

PeoplesChoice Credit Union Banking platform supports:

• Windows: versions that are still supported by Microsoft and support a browser listed above.
• OSX: versions that are still supported by Apple and support a browser listed above.
• Android: v5.0 and above
• IOS: The last 2 major releases

In order to view your VISA credit card transaction history, you will need to login to our EZ Card Info site. You can access EZ Card Info from this link: https://www.ezcardinfo.com/#/ 

In order to pay your VISA Credit Card from an external account, you first have to transfer from your external account into one of your PeoplesChoice savings or checking accounts. Once the transfer is complete, you can make your VISA Credit Card payment from your PeoplesChoice account.

Venmo recently made security changes to their site that stop third-party applications from maintaining a connection to your Venmo account. This causes Venmo to send you a security code each time your PeoplesChoice Online Banking account connects to Venmo, in order to refresh your transaction info. We recommend waiting to connect your Venmo Account at this time. Our provider is working on a solution and we are only experiencing this issue with Venmo, all other external accounts are unaffected.
