Request to Delete Your Digital Banking Account
If you would like to request your digital banking account be deleted, please use one of the following methods:

- Digital Banking Message: Send a secure message through the digital banking website or app
Important Information about Your Data
When you delete your online banking account, the following information will be permanently deleted:
- Usernames and login credentials
- Online banking preferences and settings
- Scheduled transfers setup in online banking
The following data will be retained:
- Any reports containing transaction data, app usage or preferences: retained for a minimum of 12 months
- Any reports containing account information provided at registration (names, email, phone number, address): retained for a minimum of 7 years
