Required Mobile Banking Update

Your Action Required:

We will be upgrading important elements of our Mobile Banking application on Tuesday 5/4/21. This required maintenance update to our system will mean a few short steps for all our users.

What you need to do:

For iPhone users:

  • If your phone is set to Auto Update your apps, the newest version should update automatically.
  • If your phone is not set to Auto Update your apps, you will need to go into the App store, click on your profile and click update next to the PCU App.
  • Sign in with your access ID and passcode and re-enable the biometrics if you previously had the feature enabled.
  • Accept the new Terms and Conditions in order to use the newest version of the Apple application.

For Android users:

  • You will be required to remove the old application and download the new version from the Google PlayStore by clicking on the following link:  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apiture.xpressmobile.sjfcubme.sub
  • Sign in with your access ID and passcode and re-enable the biometrics if you previously had that feature enabled.
  • Accept the new Terms and Conditions in order to use the newest version of the Android application.


What happens if I do not install the new App?

Users who attempt to access the old application will receive the following message.

In addition to upgrading our application, we will also be updating the number used for text banking.  As we prepare for this upgrade, please note that the text banking phone number will be changing to the following 1(669) 202-2108.
